The sessions last 50 minutes with different equipment, and the frequency is usually about twice per week.
The studio features 3 halls with different pieces of Pilates equipment and materials.
We train people without or with injuries, pains, sicknesses, as well as pregnant women and kids equally.
The groups are small and before starting the sessions, students will have to do an introduction class to have an idea about basic concepts and also to look for a balance within the group.
